ONE TON LOADING & UNLOADING STATION CONVEYOR
Our 1-ton loading and unloading station conveyor orchestrates a symphony of movement, with forklift-loaded products seamlessly transitioning through three infeed and outfeed stations. Our conveyor navigates the production floor through the processing plant, ensuring products flow effortlessly from arrival to departure, revolutionising the way materials move within industrial spaces.
EXTRUDED BILLET INSPECTION
Our extruded billet inspection system stands, in the heart of the production line. Eight ultrasonic sensors encircle each billet, delicately poised within 0.5mm of the surface, it automatically compensates for the beam’s imperfections all while our innovative flood system creates a watertight seal for flawless testing. This technological marvel not only ensures precision but also offers a glimpse into the future of quality assurance.
CASH AND COIN HANDLING IN CASH CENTRES
Our cash and coin handling system streamline the intricate movements of currency, effortlessly shuttling vast volumes from cash collection to teller to bank vault. As the lifeblood of financial institutions, our system ensures the seamless flow of commerce, safeguarding assets with unmatched efficiency and security.
STRING WINDER
Our custom-made string winder deftly coils 32 strings into perfect spirals, ready for packaging. Each cut and twist transforms a long string into perfectly packed products, bringing efficiency to production lines.

SPECIMEN COLLECTION & PROCESSING SYSTEM
The Specimen Collection & Processing System (SCAS) is designed to collect prepared samples from lab technicians and transport them to the processing system. Each sample is identified by barcode and placed in a designated position on the loading tray of the sample processing machine. The system communicates both the position and identification data to the processing machine, ensuring accurate handling and analysis.
